Way Behind

Well, in thinking about where to do Zander's 8 year old pictures.  I realized I never posted any of the pics from his 6 year old session.  I'll have to look back and see what I missed of the 7 year old session.  Life is flying by way too fast and I am way too busy to keep up with all of this.  Here are my favs from that day.  He was just a few days from losing one of  his top 2 teeth (which were gone for a year).  They have a different look once they lose those top teeth.  Hopefully I'll have the year old pics to share soon.

Thirteen

Our Oldest is 13 today!  Time flies.....Happy Birthday Colter!!!

Fun Run

I am so proud of Colter and Trent for qualifying to participate in the Fun Run today.  Trent has been talking of this day for a long time.  He loves to run....he definitely didn't get that from me.

Halloween 2011

Halloween is a big deal at our house.  It is Bob's/Batman's favorite holiday!  I wasn't planning to dress up, since I was just staying home to pass out candy, but I felt the pressure.  I surprised the boys by throwing together my witch costume at the last minute.  Each of the boys got roughly 6 lbs of candy, meaning I have 18 lbs of candy in my house....more than half of it is chocolate!!!  If I don't I don't get this candy out of my house I will be as big as a barn by Christmas!

Trent is Nine!

Last week Trent turned nine.  All he could think to do for his birthday was drive to the ranch like we did last year.  This year that was totally out of the question.  He resorted to having a small party and taking some friends (and brothers) to the skating rink.  I love to capture them blowing out the candles!

Boys on Easter

Well, I somehow manage to still make them look halfway decent for church.  Notice Zander in the flip flops....those were removed before we made it to the car and replaced with proper dress shoes.   Can't say I blame the child....I like to wear flip flops all the time too.  Hope everyone had a great Easter.

A Last First Lost

The last first lost tooth was lost tonight.  Zander has been waiting so long to loose a tooth.  He has watch Colter and Trent loose several teeth and now it is his turn.  Hope the tooth fairy doesn't forget to stop by.  That has happened before at the Smiley household.
